Figma Make’s setup process involves the following steps:
  1. Admin enablement in Box
  2. End-user connection

Step 1: Enable integration in Box

Admin
  1. Sign in to the Box Admin Console.
  2. Go to Integrations and find Figma either by using the MCP Category filter, or by using the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Make sure that Figma Make is enabled for your enterprise by setting its availability to Available to all users.

Step 2: Configure end-user connection

User Option 1
  1. In the chat prompt, type @ to open a list of your connected connectors.
  2. Select Box from the list. It appears as a pill above your message.
Option 2:
  1. Click the + button in the prompt window.
  2. Open Connectors.
  3. Select Box.
