Step 1: Enable integration in Box
Admin- Sign in to the Box Admin Console.
- Go to Integrations and find Atlassian Rovo MCP Server either by using the MCP Category filter, or by using the search bar at the top of the page.
- Make sure that Atlassian Rovo MCP Server is enabled for your enterprise by setting its availability to Available to all users.
Step 2: Configure connection in Atlassian
Admin- In the Atlassian admin console, navigate to the Apps page using the left sidebar.
- Click Connectors, then select Add connectors.
- Search for Box in the list of available connectors.
- Click Authorize Box to begin the OAuth authorization process.
Step 3: Configure end-user connection
User- In Rovo, click Sources (located to the right of the + button in the prompt window).
- Click Connect next to the Box connector.
