Outbound Collaboration Report

The Outbound Collaboration report lists all of your managed users who are listed as collaborators in content owned outside of your box account. If a managed user is a collaborator in more than one folder, they are listed multiple times, once for each folder.

Outbound Collaboration report details

File format: comma-separated value (.csv) file
Filename format:outbound_collaborations_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS_Page_#.csv
Folder name format (each report run is placed in its own folder):Outbound Collaborations run on YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS
Filename and folder name time zone: the local date and time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule.

Outbound Collaboration report data columns

The Outbound Collaboration Report contains the following data:

Data Column	Description
Account Name	User name of the managed user.
Account Login	Email address of the managed user.
Owner Login	The value in the Name field in User Account Details of the external user who invited the managed user.
Item Name	Either “External Folder” or “External File”. This report does not reveal the names of files and folders owned outside of Box.
Item ID	A number uniquely identifying the file or folder to which the managed user is a collaborator.
Permission Level	The permission level of the managed user.
Inviter Email	The value in the Email field in User Account Details of the user who created the collaboration.
Invited Date	The date, in the local time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule, that the collaboration invitation was created.
Invite Accepted Date	The date, in the local time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule, that the collaboration invitation was accepted.
