The Groups report provides an overview of the groups your users are part of. Admins and co-admins with the Run new reports and access existing reports permission can create the Groups report.
Note:It may take up to one day for changes to groups to be accounted for in the report.

Run the Groups report

This report includes all groups that are available for the specific user, without any filter options on download:
  1. Go to Admin Console > Users & Groups.
  2. Select the Groups tab.
  3. Select Download Report.

Groups report data columns

Group ID An identifiable code, automatically generated when a group is created. Group Name The name of the group. Member Count The number of members the group contains. Last Updated The date the group was last updated. Created The date the group was created.
