Box Sign reports give you an overview of the progress you’re making across your organization with signature requests. Reports are exported as .csv files to your Box Reports folder when complete. You must define filters for the Box Sign report before you can run it. See Box Sign Report Filters for more information.

Sign Aggregation Report data columns

This section describes the data columns that are generated in the Sign Aggregation report. This column shows the range of dates during which signature request actions occurred. It includes all actions for a given sign request that fall partially or fully within the report’s start and end dates. For example: If the report start date is Dec 1 and the end date is Dec 30, a document created on Nov 29 and completed on Dec 2 will be included. The date range for that request will display as Nov 29 – Dec 2.
