NoteWhether you can copy a hub depends on the copy permission set by the hub co-owner and your organization’s admin. If the copy option is not available, contact your hub co-owner or admin.
What gets copied
When you copy a hub, the following elements are included:- Hub name and description
- Pages and page hierarchy
- Logo and background image
- Text blocks (paragraphs, section headers, callouts)
- Embeds (link previews)
- Dividers
- Collaborators
- Hub settings (copy permissions, collaboration restrictions, shared link settings)
NoteFile and folder blocks are always retained in the copied hub structure, even when files are not copied. Blocks for files or folders that were not copied appear empty.

Copying a hub from another enterprise
If a hub co-owner has enabled copying for external users, you can copy a Hub that belongs to a different organization. The copy is created in your own Box tenant and contains the same structure, pages, logo, background image, text blocks, and embeds as the original hub. Files and folders cannot be copied across enterprises. The Include files and folders checkbox is not available when copying a Hub from another organization. File and folder blocks are still retained in the copied hub structure but appear empty.Managing who can copy your Hub

- Under Who can copy this hub, select one of the following options:
- No one: Nobody can copy this Hub.
- Only users within [your enterprise]: Only users in your enterprise can copy this Hub.
