Box Solutions provides a set of Box capabilities that enable you to better manage your content-driven use cases. These capabilities are grouped in categories based on the tasks they support, and can include advanced Box AI, Workflows, Apps, and Sign setups tailored to specific business tasks. Currently, Box Solutions includes capabilities to support tasks like Digital Asset Management (DAM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Invoicing, and more. Box displays the Solutions catalog in the left panel of your Box account window. Box Consulting works with you so you can start using the Solutions that you need. Solutions are not currently downloadable. During the next couple of quarters, Box provides Solutions as referenceable categories designed to help you adopt faster, incorporate best practices, and focus on outcomes. This initial phase of the Box Solutions release makes Solutions visible and helps you understand the different ways in which Box’s key capabilities can be configured to solve real business problems. In the future, Box will release Solutions with deeper capabilities and easier deployments. To see an overview of available Box Solutions:
  1. In the left sidebar of your Box account window, click Solutions. The Solutions window displays the names of available Solution categories, and provides a brief description of each.
  2. Click the name of a Solution. Box displays an overview of the Solution.
  3. At the bottom of the overview window, click Contact Box. Box displays a Box Consulting form.
  4. Complete and submit the Box Consulting form.
To search for an item in the Solutions window: at the top of the window, click in the Search Solutions field and type the name of a category, keyword, or tag.
