Box Hubs Reports

Box Hubs admin reports display the details of the Hubs in your enterprise. Reports are exported as .csv files to your Box Reports folder when complete.

NoteTo run a report, you need to be an admin or have the requisite co-admin permissions.

Apart from running a report, you can save its configuration, schedule it, and subscribe specific users to it.

Box Hubs report details

File format: comma-separated value (.csv) file
Filename format: hubs_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS_[A|P].csv

Box Hubs report columns

In the generated Box Hubs report you can find the following columns:

Hub ID

A unique identifier for the hub.

Hub Name

The name given to the Hub.

Hub Description

Any description entered when creating or editing the Hub. Will be blank if no description has been added.

Creator ID

A unique identifier ascribed to the person who created the Hub.

Creator’s User Name

The username of the individual who created the Hub.

Creator’s Email

The value in the Email field in User Account Details of the individual who created the Hub.

Created Date

The date that the Hub was created.

Number Of Total Views

The total number of times the Hub has been viewed, including repeat views.

Last Viewed

The date that the Hub was last viewed by any user.

Last Updated

The date that the Hub was last updated by any user.
