The Automatic Email of User Communication setting helps you comply with your company’s email archive policies. It’s available by request to all Box Governance customers. To get it, please file a ticket with our Product Support team. When the Automatic Email of User Communication setting is implemented, you can access it in the Admin Console (Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Notifications). Enabling an Automatic Email of User Communication setting automatically sends a blind carbon copy (BCC) of the selected communications to a specified email address. Note:
By default Box sends emails to the person performing the action in Box. To send emails to a specific address, activate Email to a specific address under Copy of Communication. If there are external users involved in the communication, not all actions result in sending the email copy (see details in the table below).

Tip:
Consider setting up a company email alias specifically for all Box activity archive emails.
