With the update to the Box Web Application User Interface, the option to Print your file has moved. To print your files:
  1. In the Box Web Application, locate the file you want to print.
  2. Click the file. Box opens the file in Preview.
  3. In the top-right corner of the Preview window, click the ellipsis (”…”) button.
  4. In the drop-down menu, select Print.
In order to print a file, you must have the appropriate permission level.
