Box Canvas templates help to organize content on your Canvas, without manually adding each object.

Template picker

To open the template picker in Canvas, click the templates icon in the Canvas toolbar. The template picker displays pre-filled, available templates assigned to their respective categories, for example: mind map (brainstorming), two truths and a lie (icebreaker), RACI chart (business). Each template tile shows its name, layout, and category it is assigned to.

When you click on the template you want to use, a modal with detailed description of the template and its layout appears. To go back to the template picker, click the arrow in the top left corner of the modal. To insert the selected template, click Insert Template.
