1 Box Sign-Shield integration for the Enterprise plan requires purchasing Box Shield.

2 Additional signature requests may be purchased through the Box Sign API Add-On Pack (sold by number requests).

3 Support for 21 CFR Part 11 e-signatures requires GxP Validation.

$ CAC/PIV authentication requires the Box Sign CAC/PIV Add-On Pack. Customers must purchase this add-on to enable the CAC/PIV signer authentication feature.
