Box enables you to manage platform applications in your deployment. Here you can:
  • Authorize new platform apps
  • View server and user authentication apps, including enablement status
From the Admin Console > Platform > Platform Apps, you can view:
  • The name of your app
  • The developer email address
  • The authentication method of the app
  • When the app was last updated
  • Whether the app is authorized, pending authorization, not authorized or declined
  • The app’s enablement status

Manage apps

  1. Click into the Admin Console.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Platform.
  3. From the top of the window, select the Platform Apps tab.
  4. Select either Server Authentication Apps or User Authentication Apps.
To add a platform app to your enterprise, select Add + on the right-hand side of the screen, then enter the Client ID of the app you would like to add. More information is available in Managing platform apps.
