This allows the viewing of all legal holds created by other admins. It doesn’t allow access to any other parts of the Admin Console. To enable this setting, navigate to:
  1. Admin Console.
  2. Users & Groups.
  3. Search for the user in the Managed Users tab.
  4. Select the user and click Edit next to Role and Access Permissions.
  5. Enable Policies > View policies set up for your company > Legal Holds only.
  6. Turn off all other permissions.
  7. Click Save.
Note:If you enable Create, edit and delete policies for your company, this will override view only permissions.
This allows the admin:
  • To view all legal holds created by other admins
  • To create, edit, and delete their own legal holds
  • To report on legal holds
It doesn’t allow access to any other parts of the Admin Console. To enable this setting, navigate to:
  1. Admin Console.
  2. Users & Groups.
  3. Search for the user in the Managed Users tab.

  5. Enable Policies > Create, edit and delete policies for your company > Legal Holds only.
  6. Turn off all other permissions.
  7. Click Save.
