An information barrier creates an ethical wall. Within an information barrier, you configure segments, which contain users and/or Hubs, and permissions between segments.
  1. Go to Admin Console > Shield.
  2. Click the Information Barrier tab.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Click Save.
At this point, you can configure the information barrier by creating and configuring segments, configuring permissions between segments, and enabling the information barrier. Until you do all of these things, the information barrier cannot function.
