If you are an enterprise user, you have access to advanced features such as customizing your workflows. Enterprise users can:
  • Manage metadata events and actions as triggers and outcomes
  • Build custom workflows templates
    • Includes using dynamic naming with metadata attributes in a current file or folder workflow.
  • Automate classification (with Box Shield)
  • Transfer Workflow Ownership
Enterprise Advanced users can:
  • Automate business process workflows end-to-end using Box Forms submissions, Box Doc Gen templates, and Box Sign signature request outcomes
  • Use the data gathered from Box Forms submissions to generate documents, name folders, and enrich metadata
  • Dynamically generate documents based on the Box Forms data, workflow variables, and more
  • Automatically send documents that have been generated with Doc Gen for signature or approval in Box Sign
