IMPORTANT:This article describes the usage of the legacy Content Manager, which is replaced by the new Content Manager. The legacy Content Manager was sunset in February 2026.

You can move files anywhere in your organization with Content Manager. Currently, you can only move files, not folders.
  1. Go to Admin Console > Content.
  2. Select the Content Manager tab.
  3. Use the folder tree to navigate to the user and the folder that contains the file you want to move, and then select the folder.
  4. Select a file and drag it to another folder in the file tree.
