1. [管理コンソール] > [Governance] に移動します。
2. [リテンション] タブをクリックします。
3. 変更可能リテンションポリシーの名前をクリックします。
4. [その他のオプション] () をクリックし、[変更不可ポリシーに変換] をクリックします。
5. 確認ダイアログボックスで、[変換] をクリックします。
