Doc Gen tracks all document generation activities for each template. You can view activity summaries and detailed information about individual generation requests.

View activity for a template

Doc Gen allows you to track your document generation activities for a Doc Gen template. To track this:
  1. Go to Relay > Doc Gen.
  2. Hover over the template you want to check and select the View Activity button.
After that, the Activity page displays all document generation activities for that template.

View details for a specific activity

To troubleshoot errors or review specific generation details:
  1. On the Activity page, hover over the activity that you want to review.
  2. Select View Details.
The Activity details page shows:
  • Request ID
  • Status
  • Date and time of document generation
  • Template used
  • JSON data used
  • Link to the generated document
