You can select one integration per module redemption, and your choices of application integration include Plug Box into your existing technology stack. Choose from Microsoft Office or Teams, Google Workplace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, NetSuite, SSO, or EMM. Box provides support for overall Box integration standard setup and testing. You will need to select the module that matches the integration you’d like support with. You can select from Microsoft Office or Teams, Google Workplace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, NetSuite, SSO, or EMM. The following questions are critical and will be asked of you ahead of kicking off this module. Be sure to read these and prepare your answers before beginning work on this topic!- Are you familiar with this integration? (Yes/No)
- Do you have lower environments (ie. development, sandbox) for testing?
- Are you experienced with creating integrations in this tool’s environment?
- Does your organization have policies that impact your integration strategy? (e.g., user provisioning, BYOD, etc.)
- Do you have technical resources ready to work on this integration?
- Integration system administrator (e.g., Salesforce admin, Identify Provider admin, etc.)
