# Print Files From Box

With the update to the Box Web Application User Interface, the option to **Print** your file has moved.

**To print your files:**

1. In the Box Web Application, locate the file you want to print.
2. Click the file. Box opens the file in Preview.
3. In the top-right corner of the Preview window, click the ellipsis ("**...**") button.
4. In the drop-down menu, select **Print**.

In order to print a file, you must have the appropriate [permission level](/en/box-fundamentals/for-users/collaborating/collaborating-by-inviting-others/understanding-collaborator-permission-levels).
