# Upload Your Content to Box

<div className="article_labels_list" style={{display: 'none'}} dangerouslySetInnerHTML={{__html: "End User , Overview , Article , New , Product Utilization"}} />

For all new users, we're thrilled you're here!

One of the most important things you’ll do is – yes, you guessed it – put all your files on Box for others to see and share. You've got quite a few options in transferring content all tracked here in the following options below:

* [Upload through the WebApp](/en/box-fundamentals/for-users/uploads-and-downloads/uploading-and-downloading-files-and-folders-to-box/upload-to-box-with-the-file-browser)
* [Upload to Box Through Email](/en/box-fundamentals/for-users/uploads-and-downloads/uploading-and-downloading-files-and-folders-to-box/upload-to-box-through-email)
* [Using Box with FTP or FTPS](/en/box-fundamentals/for-users/uploads-and-downloads/uploading-and-downloading-files-and-folders-to-box/using-box-with-ftps)
* [Upload to Box through iOS drag-and-drop](/en/box-mobile/box-for-ios/using-ios-drag-and-drop)

If you're looking to migrate large amounts of data – 100 GBs or more – consider using [Box Shuttle](/en/box-shuttle/about-box-shuttle/introducing-box-shuttle) content migration tooling and services.

<Note>
  **Note**

  Box will process data that is derived from the files you upload to Box (for example, EXIF, XMP, IPTC metadata) to deliver a better experience.
