# How To End A Folder Collaboration

How do you end collaboration on a folder you've been invited to, when you no longer want or need to collaborate?

## **Resolution Steps**

1. Log in to Box.com go to your**Files** page.
2. Next to the name of the folder on which you wish to stop collaborating, click the ellipsis (**...**).  Then, from the menu that displays, click **More Actions**.
3. Click **End Collaboration**.  Box removes you as a folder collaborator.  At this point you cannot access the folder's contents unless the folder owner re-invites you as a collaborator.
