# Installing Recommended Web Integrations in your Enterprise

Just as Amazon and Netflix recommend items, Box 's Recommended Web Integrations feature automatically displays relevant third-party applications for use, directly from Box Preview.  Recommended Web Integrations saves your Box account holders time they would otherwise spend searching for an application and figuring out how it works with Box.  Recommended Web Integrations also makes it easier and faster to access a third-party app's functionality.

With Recommended Web Integrations enabled, up to three types of Web Integrations are available in the Preview sidebar to access:

* Integrations set at the enterprise level as **Added by default**.
* Integrations set at the enterprise level as **Available**.
* Unpublished platform apps set at the enterprise level as **Platform app**, which you control in the Platform Apps Manager.

When you enable Recommended Web Integrations, your organization's Box account holders can access a set of actions from the available integrations directly within Box Preview.

Box recommends web integrations based on a web integration's availability in your organization, its frequency of use, and its relevance to each individual.

## Enabling Recommended Web Integrations For Your Organization

**To enable Recommended Web Integrations for all Box account holders in your organization:**

1. From your Admin Console, navigate to **Integrations** > **Box Integrations & Clients**.
2. Scroll down to the **Recommended Web Integrations** section.
3. Click the **Enable Recommended Web Integrations** slider to move it to the right.
4. Click the types of integrations you want Box to recommend.
5. Click **Save**.

## Displaying a Specific Recommended Web Integration

**To display a specific web integration in Recommended Web Integrations:**

1. From your Admin Console, navigate to **Integrations** > **Box Integrations & Clients**.
2. Scroll to the **Individual Integration Controls** section.
3. Hover on the integration you want to display in Recommended Web Integrations.
4. Click **Configure**.  Box displays the **Configure** window for the integration.
5. Under **Choose the status**, set the integration's status to **Available** or **Added by default**.
6. Under **Additional Configuration**, ensure the web integration is enabled.
7. In the **Configure** window, click **Save**.

## Disabling Recommended Web Integrations For Your Organization

You can disable Recommended Web Integrations for your entire organization.  Doing so does not change any of the settings in the **Individual Integration Controls** section.

**To disable Recommended Web Integrations for all Box account holders in your organization:**

1. From your Admin Console, navigate to **Integrations** > **Box Integrations & Clients**.
2. Scroll down to the **Recommended Web Integrations** section.
3. Click the **Enable Recommended Web Integrations** slider to move it to the left.
4. Click **Save**.

  **Note:**  Box displays up to seven recommended web integrations at a time.  If Box recommends more than seven web integrations, Box displays an ellipsis (**...**) below the seventh web integration.  To view more recommendations, click the ellipsis.
