# Configuring Access to Archives

Box enables you to grant co-admins permissions to view and edit Archives.

**To grant a co-admin permission to view and edit Archives:**

1. In Admin Console, in the left panel click **Users & Groups**.
2. In the top of the window, click **Managed Users**.
3. Click on a co-admin's name.
4. Scroll down to and click **Roles and Access Permissions.**
5. Click **Edit**.
6. Scroll down to **Co-Admin Permissions**.
7. Next to **Files and Folders**:
   * Check **View Archives and users' content**, and/or
   * Check **Edit Archives and users' content**.
8. Click **Save**.
