# Giving Feedback on AI Responses

To give feedback on a Box AI response, in the lower-right of that response, select:

### **Helpful** (<Icon icon="thumbs-up" />)

The response met your inquiry needs. No further feedback is required.

### **Not Helpful** (<Icon icon="thumbs-down" />).

Response did not meet your inquiry needs.

In Preview, Hubs, and Multidoc queries, if your [admin enabled feedback response](/en/box-admin-tools/box-admin-reference/enterprise-settings-user-settings-tab#user-submitted-text-feedback) you can provide written feedback to improve future responses. Select the option to specify feedback:

* Incorrect answer
* Did not follow my request
* Other

**Important:**

* No data is collected related to the content of the file, the question, or the response.
* Written feedback is enabled by default. Not available for GxP and Federated companies.
* Please avoid placing sensitive or confidential information in any written feedback responses.
