# Groups Report

The Groups report provides an overview of the groups your users are part of. Admins and co-admins with the *Run new reports and access existing reports* [permission](/en/box-admin-tools/managing-box-users-and-admins/understanding-user-management/users-groups-settings#co-admin-permissions) can create the Groups report.

  **Note:**

  It may take up to one day for changes to groups to be accounted for in the report.

## Run the Groups report

This report includes all groups that are available for the specific user, without any filter options on download:

1. Go to **Admin Console** > **Users & Groups**.
2. Select the **Groups** tab.
3. Select **Download Report**.

## Groups report data columns

**Group ID**

An identifiable code, automatically generated when a group is created.

**Group Name**

The name of the group.

**Member Count**

The number of members the group contains.

**Last Updated**

The date the group was last updated.

**Created**

The date the group was created.
